1 in 10 young adults experience homelessness.
Our mission and vision
Our mission is to provide stable housing and support for young adults experiencing homelessness or housing instability.
We envision a world where all young adults in our community have a safe place to live, learn and launch.
What we do
We give our residents a safe place to belong.
At least one in ten young adults between the ages of 18 and 24 experience homelessness.*
It is often prompted by a traumatic life event, such as:
Domestic violence
Abuse
Mental illness
Family that does not accept a young person’s sexual orientation
We give them a place to belong and help them build a stable life.
We collaborate with a community of people who care.
Our ever-growing network of community members give time and money to support our work.
Counselors at area high schools and social service agencies introduce us to young people who need our services.
Local businesses and civic and faith groups help spread the word provide funding.
